Go out with your friends and get some fresh air
Ditch your ex and your troubles for the night, or for the weekend, and go out with your friends somewhere.
You desperately need to get some perspective on your life right now and there is no better way to accomplish this than by going out and forgetting your woes for a short while.
This is good therapy as you can also count on your friends to stand by you and to help you through these trying times.
One thing which I feel bears mentioning though. If you get rip roaring drunk while you are out forgetting your troubles, and between you, you and your friends come up with a brilliant plan on how best to get your ex back with you, please don’t act on it until the light of day.
If nothing else, if you are know that rip-roaring drunk will be the outcome of your time out, tie a piece of cardboard around your neck with orders to your drunk self not to have anything to do with your ex until the next morning!
This might have a small chance of stopping you from doing something foolish such as calling your ex in the wee hours of the morning singing the chorus of Air Supply’s “All Out of Love” in a very drunken off-key voice.
Are you getting the picture now? So go out, have some fun, but remember to put your troubles away, not compound them by doing something stupid.
